Storyline
You are the mayor of this vivid city called Cologne in the 18th century. You’ve always wondered as a kid; how can such a small city prosper? Now that you are the mayor, you know: the governments of the Seaworld and Cologne had a deal about helping each other. But recently, the leader of Seaworld, a seahorse named Jurir, went missing, and the deal between Seaworld and Cologne is about to end because they think that humans took Jurir and you... failed to protect him.
